THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT - Please read carefully prior to installing or using any TitanUp01.com files or Software.

1. GRANTING OF LICENSE. This license to use TitanUp01.com files is not exclusive, and not transferable and the use of the Files are subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2. PERMITTED INSTALLATION AND USE. Use of TitanUp01.com Files is limited to 2 computers (or other devices capable of using software) owned by the same entity, company or person. If you require installation on more than 2 computers an extended license or additional purchase is required. Contact TitanUp01.com for extended license details. This license allows for use of the TitanUp01.com Files in the creation of art/design works, digitized images for use on the web, for print and for personal use. If you design for third party (clients), and you are considered the originator of the work, you may use TitanUp01.com Files in those creations with the understanding that the use by any third party is subject to the terms of this license, without distinction and as if those third parties are you.

The prohibited use of TitanUp01.com Files includes, but is not limited to:

• The transfer of layered TitanUp01.com Files (.psd files) to a third party

• The reselling of TitanUp01.com files, or elements included within as templates or stock imagery, whether individually or in a package, any of the digital products. 

• The repurposing of TitanUp01.com files for templates or stock imagery

• You are prohibited from altering the file information on the creator

• You are prohibited from “sharing” TitanUP01.com files with anyone, whether for free, trade or sale

When designing for a third party, all final files transferred to said third party must be ‘flattened’ images (JPG, TIF, PNG files).

You may use flattened TitanUp01.com Files in multiple impressions, including print media, clothing, packaging, stickers, mouse pads or similar products. You may not include TitanUP01.com Files in any trademark or patent registration. This license allows you to make a single back-up copy of TitanUp01.com Files. The sub-licensing, selling, leasing, renting or transferring of layered Files to another person or company is strictly prohibited.

3. MY COMPUTER CRASHED!

Once purchased, the end user may re-download the files from the TitanUp01.com website for a period of one-year at no additional charge. If you exceed the one-year term for re-download the files must be purchased again.

4. ADDITIONAL

TitanUp01.com Files are licensed, they are not sold and subject to the terms of this Agreement. All TitanUp01.com Files downloaded and installed, including any copies remain the property of TitanUp01.com.

Breaching the terms of this agreement will be considered grounds for termination of this License. Should your license be revoked or terminated you agree to return TitanUp01.com Files and warrant that no copies remain in any machine readable form in your possession.
